STEP 1: 


Present the Admission Assessment Form and submit the Student’s Requirements to the Registrar’s Office

The Registrar will give you an Application Form.

Pre-Kinder Admission Form

Elementary Admission Form

Junior High School Admission Form

Senior High School Admission Form


STEP 2: 


Fill-out all the needed information of the Application Form. 



STEP 3: 


Submit the Application Form to the Registrar checking.



STEP 4: 


Pay your fees to the Cashier

Download Bank Details  



STEP 5: 


Wait for the Registrar to call the students name to claim the Printed Registration Form



Continuing Student


STEP 1: 

Download the Student Form (for information update)



STEP 2: 


Fill-out all the needed information of the Student Form. 



STEP 3: 


Submit the Student Form to the Registrar.



STEP 4: 

The Registrar will check the old information of the student for updates.



STEP 5: 


Pay your fees to the Cashier.



STEP 6: 


Wait for the Registrar to call the students name to claim the Printed Registration Form
